The Client

The client is a well-established builder that has been operating for over 23 years.  We have a strong track record in commercial construction and have worked with multiple sectors including, schools, defence, government, health, entertainment, and policy sectors amongst others.  Our focus is to provide high-quality build and always delivery excellent results to our clients.

The Role
  
The successful candidate is responsible for the delivery of projects in line with the specified program and ensuring they build strong relationships with the clients and team. They will be responsible for Education, Aged Care, Government or Defence projects up to the value of $10m.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
  • Tertiary certification in relevant area of study
  • A minimum of 5 + years as a Project Manager
  • Experience working across commercial projects - Refurbishments or New Builds
  • Show excellent leadership & time management skills
Duties: 
  • Management of full life cycle of project from conception through to completion
  • Take full ownership of budget and timeline
  • Management of client and all stakeholder both internal and external
  • Management of OH&S
  • Ability to problem solve proactively while working effectively as part of a team
  • Energy and drive to achieve the best results for our clients
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to deliver successful projects on time and on budget.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with all stakeholders
  • CAT projects Acconex project management tools
