Job Description

This award-winning Insurance builder has been operating for over 30 years within the Australian Construction market.

They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager / Complex Claims Manager to join their team and work on industrial and commercial projects valued up to $10M. 

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
  • Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work 
  • Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
  • High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
  • Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction 
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management on Commercial projects as a principal contractor
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering or a trade background
  • Previously worked on Industrial (warehouse) or multi-storey commercial projects
  • Travel across NSW and when necessary interstate travel
