Job Description

Design & Build are currently looking for a Project Manager to manage, assist and support Landscape projects across the Melbourne Metro area. You will be joining the landscaping division of a multi-disciplinary contractor who have a strong pipeline of exciting and challenging commercial landscape projects.

Role & Responsibilities 
  • Assist with the preparation of tender documentation & submission;
  • Review project specification and selection of equipment and procurement;
  • Provide technical assistance to project teams;
  • Liaison with client and coordination with other trades onsite;
  • Manage all related landscaping works;
  • Prepare and implement onsite Inspection to client's satisfaction;
  • Project Program tracking, updates and monthly forecast; and
  • Carry out other duties as required/requested.
About You 
  • Experience leading a team, including on site employees;
  • Project Management & supervision experience;
  • Experience in compliance to HSEQ docs
  • Sound knowledge of industry practices and standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
