Job Description

We have a unique opportunity for a Project Manager to join one of Australia's most reputable construction companies who operate across the construction, fitout and refurbishment sectors and with a national delivery capability.

With a secure pipeline of work over the next 5 years, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to take the lead on a commercial refurbishment project located in the Sydney CBD. 

Role & responsibilities:
  • Setting programs and budgets from structure through to handover
  • Managing client and consultant relationships
  • Driving construction teams and subcontractors on site
  • Bringing projects in on time, to quality and under budget
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor Degree in Building, Construction Management or relevant industry qualifications
  • 5-10+ years experience working in commercial construction 
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects $20M+
  • Client facing with a proven track record in working well under pressure
  • Sound knowledge of the NSW construction market including sub-contractors etc
  • Ability to lead and performance manage a construction team to achieve agreed outcome
