Job Description

 A unique opportunity for a proposals lead exists to join a with a well respected National civil business who are part of a global company. They are highly regarded in the industry for both the projects they deliver and their company culture. 

You will be working as part of the National Bidding team who are supportive, professional and are highly experienced in the industry.  You will be based in their office close to North Sydney. You will be a competent writer, ideally with a Marketing/Journalism or related degree and excellent InDesign skills. 

Some key Responsibilities:
  • Be a key point of contact for Bids/Expressions of interest
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Create, edit and format content using a mixture of existing templates and creating new content 
  • Organise and run submissions meetings, manage the end to end process
To be considered for the position you will require:
  • Qualification in either communications, journalism or a marketing related discipline or qualified by experience in a similar role within the built environment
  • Experience in the preparation, coordination and writing of submissions and complex documents
  • Experienced user of Adobe InDesign 
  • Experience within a similar role in Civil Construction would  be highly regarded 
  • Excellent writing, editing and grammar skills and high attention to detail is a must
  • Self-motivated, highly driven and results oriented individual
