Job Description

My client is Structural & Civil Engineering firm working across Residential & Commercial projects providing builders and insurers with insurance reports and SOW nationwide. A large amount of their work relates to existing buildings that have been damaged by fires, tree impacts and vehicle impacts.
  
As a Quantity Surveyor your duties and responsibilities include:
  • Providing Feasibility Cost Advice
  • Cost Planning/Estimating
  • Prepare monthly forecast budgets
  • Tender estimates analysis and evaluation and award 
  • Contract administration
  • Manage and run the administration and variation of claims
  • Replacement cost analysis prior to site investigations
To be considered for the position of Quantity Surveyor you will be expected to have:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Experience working in the Sydney construction/engineering market
  • Proven experience within Insurance and Strata reporting 
  • Ideally 5 + years post qualification experience
