Our client is a Global Engineering Consultancy business. They are seeking a Team Assistant to join their Sydney CBD team.
Your role as a Receptionist / Team Administrator will be to support two internal teams. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Reception relief
- Diary management
- Coordinate travel and accommodation
- Organise and coordinate events, catering and meetings
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage financial records - Invoicing, petty cash, etc.
- Administration support: prepare correspondence, presentations, formatting business documents, general office administration
To be considered you will have:
- Substantial Team Administration / PA experience, ideally within Engineering
- Strong communication skills
- Experience supporting multiple teams, with the ability to multitask
- Intermediate / Advance computer skills - Microsoft Package
- Solid planning and organisational skills
