Job Description

Our client is a Global Engineering Consultancy business. They are seeking a Team Assistant to join their Sydney CBD team.
Your role as a Receptionist / Team Administrator will be to support two internal teams. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Reception relief
  • Diary management
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation
  • Organise and coordinate events, catering and meetings
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage financial records - Invoicing, petty cash, etc.
  • Administration support: prepare correspondence, presentations, formatting business documents, general office administration
To be considered you will have:
  • Substantial Team Administration / PA experience, ideally within Engineering
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience supporting multiple teams, with the ability to multitask
  • Intermediate / Advance computer skills - Microsoft Package
  • Solid planning and organisational skills
