Our client is an international engineering company based in Sydney. They employ over 350 staff nationally and have established long-lasting relationships across the industry. They are seeking an experienced Receptionist for an immediately start on a permanent full time basis. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm.
As a Receptionist you will be responsible for:
- Phone management
- Meet and greet clients
- Manage meeting rooms and bookings
- Clean kitchens and empty dish washers daily
- Provide catering when needed
- General administration
To be considered you will have:
- Substantial experience working as a receptionist
- Must have recent work experience in a Civil Engineering business OR in professional services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate / Advance computer skills - Microsoft Package
