Job Description

Design and Build have partnered with our client who are one of the fastest growing energy companies in the world. They are a major player in the Southeast Asian market and looking to grow further in Australia with some exciting projects already underway.

Currently developing a portfolio of renewable energy projects it’s a great time to join the business. They are now looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to join the company and deliver a significant Solar Power project in New South Wales, Australia. This role will also involve fully embodying the organisations values and leading by example in partnership with all team members and stakeholders.

- Design Management

- Delivery of Project Schedule

- Site Management

- Contract Management

- Project Cost Management

- Stakeholder Engagement

- Compliance

- Health, Safety Wellbeing

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience, Qualifications

- Bachelor of Engineering minimum qualification (or equivalent competency)

- Post Graduate qualifications in Project Management (or equivalent competency)

- Experience in the construction of large scale Renewable Energy Projects – (Desirable, not essential)

- A minimum of 15 years post graduate experience in delivery of major projects, preferably in energy and infrastructure sectors

- Demonstrated successful delivery of several major infrastructure projects

- Driver’s license

- Demonstrated track record of adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness. Ability to build respectful, safe and productive working relationships. Able to deal with complexity, managing multiple moving parts, possess strategic foresight to envision possible scenarios and ways forward in the face of obstacles and risks.

- Honest, open, truthful, transparent and collaborative. Ability to write clear, succinct business reports; prepare and deliver effective presentations at internal, board and community levels
