The Company & Role:

A well established and secure Residential home builder, have partnered with Design & Build to add a Site Supervisor to the team, to manage a portfolio of homes in the Cockburn Central area.

In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of residential construction sites to achieve construction deadlines by managing suppliers and contractors, compliance and safety of all workers.
  • Understand relevant legislation including the Building Code of Australia and Workplace and Safety requirements
  • Understand working drawings and site work requirements
  • Competent with construction management software and use of an IPAD
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • An eye for quality and detail
  • Ensure speed of progress claims
About You:
 
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • 12 months + experience as a Site Supervisor on residential homes
  • Trade background or tertiary qualification
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites 
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
