Job Description

The Company & Role:
A well established and secure Residential builder, have partnered with Design & Build to add a Site Supervisor to the team, to manage a portfolio of 10 sites across Morley and local suburbs with 2-3 units on each site. 

In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of residential construction sites to achieve construction deadlines by managing suppliers and contractors, compliance and safety of all workers.
  • Manage trades meetings, site inspections, trade allocations, program reviews, and quality assurance
  • Provide letting feedback and estimating issues to Estimating, and cost variance reports
  • Maintain a safe workplace, carry out site inductions and observations, high-risk inspections, incident inspections, and monitor contractor compliance to HSE and OH&S Management System
  • Implement management plans, traffic management strategies, site cleaning
  • Manage materials deliveries and materials movements
  • Ensure QA and Pre-settlement inspections items are fully completed; implement customer variations
  • Assist Sales, Service, and Maintenance teams in customer service
  • Implement program activities with the Construction Manager and Site Manager
  • Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors to ensure excellent service and competitive pricing; resolve contractual disputes
  • Contribute to product reviews and buildability management, FF&E and materials specifications
About You:
 
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • 12 months + experience as a Site Supervisor on residential homes
  • Trade background or tertiary qualification
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites 
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
