Job Description

My client is a fit-out contractor with a strong track record in the high end hospitality sector. They also undertake other retail fit-out projects. They work with many well know restaurant chains. They require a Revit Drafter to join their team in Melbourne.

What you'll be doing:

Working across F&B projects - cafes & restaurants
Document projects from test fit to completion including construction documentation, schedules, as-builts
Implement and set examples for best practice, BCA, DDA regulations
Enhance the team’s delivery by owning commercial projects from concept to completion

What you'll have to stand out from the crowd:

3 years experience minimum within documentation
Excellent Revit skills & rendering experience
Background in Food & Beverage projects is a must
High attention to detail & strong documentation skills
Understanding of BCA/DDA statutory compliance
Out of this world technical skills
Must have local experience
