Job Description

Revit Drafter required within a leading contractor that specilaise within an industry that is the forefront of modern projects and technology!

Reporting into the BIM Lead, you will be responsible for:

Shop Drawings - DWG and Revit (Floors, Containment, Ceilings and Cages)
Drawing/Design for in-house manufacturing
Liaise with engineering & project team
Estimation Support
Takeoffs for Sales Team
Estimation process automation- Bluebeam, Revit or similar takeoff program development
Attend design Meetings

Data Centre Development (assist BIM Lead)

Product Development
Design and draft
Prototype and prove of concept
Pricing, procurement(vendor management) & quality management
Containment, caging, DCIB, new products…
Data Centre Sales & Engineering Support

Quality Assurance

Manufacturing drawings proof check
Implementation of pre and post manufacturing quality check methods
Quality checking manufacturing processes
Product testing and audit before shipping
Raw material stock predictions/planning

To be considered for this role you must have;

Similar role within either the Structural, Architectural, HVAC industry.
Revit Proficiency - must be skilled in family creation.
Ability to work independently
Passion for engineering!
