Job Description

The client:

Join a well-established residential builder and developer in Victoria. Based in a comfortable office just outside of the city. You will be joining a team of roughly six estimators within their volume housing department where they are currently building 480 homes. Known for their unique, stylish and popular designs, they have one a number of awards for their work.  

About the role:

As a highly experienced Sales and Production Estimator you will oversee numerous aspects within Estimating working closely with Sales, Operations and Construction:
  
You will be responsible for:
  • Sales and Production Estimating of volume homes.
  • Ordering of production jobs within designated timeframes
  • Work as a team to achieve workflow and budget goals
  • Maintain, protect and report margins for each job
  • Minimise ETS orders
  • Ensure all client interactions are recorded/documented on Databuild / Framework
