Job Description

The company has been in operation over 10 years, and is experiencing substantial growth. They are specializing in largescale housing developments and subdivisions across Sydney. 

The company has offices across Australia, and builds globally. They are well-known in the housing industry for their projects and internal culture. 

Head office based in northwest Sydney with parking on site.

Role: 
  • Accurately determine the quantities of labour and materials required for homes to go under construction
  • Selection and placement of orders through allocated suppliers for homes
  • Generation of ETS orders as requested
  • Provide support as required to the Estimating Manager 
  • Manage and respond to all internal and external queries
Requirements:
  • Trade or tertiary qualifications within the Residential Building Industry
  • Strong customer service focus
  • High level of numeracy and computer usage skills (Estimating and Office applications)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
