Residential Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Residential Sales Manager / Business Development Manager role working for a leading NSW Builder
 
One of NSW fastest growing residential builders is currently looking for an additional sales consultant / manager / business development manager to complement it's existing team.

You will be working with a supportive administration and marketing team who will provide you with all the tools necessary to enable you to succeed in this demanding yet highly rewarding position.

We are seeking applications from either Senior Sales Consultants or Sales Managers who possess excellent presentation / communication skills along with extensive experience in Residential Sales.

Ideally you will have either real estate or new home sales experience. A solid understanding of Housing Industry Regulations is also preferred.

  • Contacts in Land developers 
  • Residential Sales experience

  • Solid marketing and presentation skills

The remuneration package will comprise of a base retainer coupled with a market leading commission structure (uncapped) that will make sure you are handsomely rewarded for all your hard work and endeavours.
