Our client is a highly successful residential agency located on the eastern suburbs.
We are searching for somebody proactive and happy to support in a diverse all-round role. You will be based in the open plan office and offer support to this well-established team of agents and management team. You will often be required to use your initiative have strong time management skills.
- First point of contacts for all clients
- Taking and directing phone calls/messages
- Setting up meeting rooms for internal and external
- Ensuring the office is well maintained and stocked
- Assisting with marketing collateral for properties
- Sales administration
- CRM Management
- Liaising with solicitors and vendors
- General administration
To be considered for the position you will require:
- Must have experience in a similar role
- Must have experience in real estate
- Ideally you will be a certificate of registration or real estate licence
- A high level of accuracy with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well presented & switched on
- Ideally you will have access to a car and a valid Australian Drivers Licence
