Our Client
Our client is a highly successful residential agency located on the eastern suburbs.
We are searching for somebody proactive and happy to support in a diverse all-round role. You will be based in the open plan office and offer support to this well-established team of agents and management team. You will often be required to use your initiative have strong time management skills.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
  • First point of contacts for all clients
  • Taking and directing phone calls/messages
  • Setting up meeting rooms for internal and external
  • Ensuring the office is well maintained and stocked
  • Assisting with marketing collateral for properties
  • Sales administration
  • CRM Management
  • Liaising with solicitors and vendors
  • General administration
To be considered for the position you will require:
  • Must have experience in a similar role
  • Must have experience in real estate
  • Ideally you will be a certificate of registration or real estate licence
  • A high level of accuracy with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well presented & switched on
  • Ideally you will have access to a car and a valid Australian Drivers Licence
