Wanting to work for a highly awarded & well recognised builder?

The role will see you working for not the largest builder in Perth, but certainly one of the best and most recognise brands! With around 275-300 homes built per year, they are a solid top 10 builder, who have nearly 20 years trading history and have big plans for the future! 

They operate across the single, double, Multiunit and Apartments market and have a strong vision 'to listen, interpret, design & deliver to their clients expectations, always'.

On a daily basis you will be challenged and inspired while collaborating with like-minded colleagues to create exceptional homes for their clients in a team friendly environment.

You will report into the Scheduling Manager, who has thrived from day one and is looking to grow his team and nurture their talents.


The ideal candidate will have;

  • Previous experience within a scheduling role (2 Years +)
  • single or double storey experience preferred, with a sound knowledge of construction detailing
  • Proficient in Excel & Word
  • WA Residential construction knowledge
  • High level of Organisational and Time Management skills
  • Willingness to work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to work as a team as well as individually
  • A proactive mindset with the enthusiasm & passion to want to learn and improve is essential
  • Self-motivated and accountable with a passion for residential construction
