Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join the drafting department within a home Builder well-known within the NSW market.

The company is currently building 200+ new homes a year and has been around for over 10 years.

The role will entail the production of construction documentation and details, liaison with estimators and site managers, and project coordination.

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

Architectural drafting qualifications
ArchiCAD is a requirement - must have used this software in a previous role
Experienced working on da/cc for new homes
Understanding of construction phase of projects and delivering on site
Willingness to work for a project home Builder
Ability to work full time in an office as this is a permanent, full-time role
Ability to start in January 2021, ideally as soon as possible.
