Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join the drafting department within a high end home Builder, well-known within the Sydney market.

This company is very established with many of the staff being long-term employees. They do a mixture of home styles from modern to classic, most over the $1mn mark in value. 

The role will entail:
  • Design concept to completion of the project
  • Training junior staff 
  • The production of construction documentation and details,
  • Liaison with consultants, clients, the internal design team, estimators and site managers, 
  • Project coordination.

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
  • Architectural drafting qualifications
  • ArchiCAD and AutoCAD is a requirement - must have used these softwares in a previous role 
  • Experienced working on da/cc for new homes 
  • Strong housing construction knowledge 
  • Ability to work full time in an office as this is a permanent, full-time role
