My client is one of Melbourne's most successful and most awarded custom home designers and builders with vast experience in creating exceptional homes. Join this collaborative and fun office environment that has a stunning new office with a pool table and table tennis!

What you'll be doing:
  • Working across exciting residential projects from concept through to completion
  • Working collaboratively with Architectural Designers and Project Managers in a close knit environment 
  • Running & managing your own projects under documentation
  • Using your keen eye for detail to design high-end residential & bespoke projects 
  • This role will be client facing so this person will need to be credible and confident with clients
What you've got to nail this role:
  • 8 + years experience based in Melbourne
  • Proficient in Revit
  • Architectural or Interior Design qualifications
  • Building Design experience 
  • High-end Residential Custom home project experience is non negotiable  
  • Experience in conceptual design, construction & tender documentation
  • Self-motivated with good organisational skills, able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of council controls, regulations & Australian standards
Candidates without High-End Residential Custom home experience will not be considered for this role.
