Job Description

Senior Building Surveyor

Our client is a specialist Building Surveyor who has a space in their team for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team with a primary focus on Commercial projects.

To be considered for the role of Building Surveyor, you will
  • BPB accreditation, or equivalent skills and experience to achieve a BPB accreditation
  • 5+ Years experience.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and be able to work without constant supervision.
  • In depth knowledge of the Building Code of Australia for all classification buildings in NSW.
  • Impeccable communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Business development skills and the ability to bring in your own clients.
