We are proud to be working with one of the world’s leading Property & Asset management companies to help them secure a very important position. Our client manage a huge portfolio of commercial assets and due to success within the internal sustainable engineering division, they now need an accomplished senior electrical engineer with a keen interest in sustainability to join their team.
Why this role?
What makes this position different to a lot of those on the market is that it’s so unique. Most electrical engineering positions you’ll see advertised are either consultancy or contractor based. This one is completely different as you’ll be working for a Property Management company with an excellent reputation globally. You'll be utilizing your Electrical Engineering skill set developed in a consultancy to design and deliver electrical projects for their clients, engaging external consultants and contractors to deliver the work that you yourself have designed.
The role will be a 50/50 split between Design Engineering and Consulting / Project Management, requiring excellent stakeholder engagement and experience in the detailed design of sustainable electrical systems. You will be able to work on some fantastically innovative projects and make a difference to the carbon footprint of a huge variety of different assets.
Location & Salary
Based in Brisbane CBD, this position is paying up to $140,000 + super. It would be a fantastic role for someone with upwards of 5 years of experience in Electrical Building Services in the Brisbane Market..
