Wanting to work for a highly awarded & well recognised builder?
Fed up of Scheduling the same project homes week in, week out? 
Currently Scheduling in the custom homes space or have a passion to work on custom homes?

The role will see you working for not just one of the best, but also one of the most respected home builders in the sub $3m custom homes space. With a limited number of homes built every year, they definitely focus on quality over quantity. 

They operate across the single, double & triple storey market and have a strong vision 'to listen, interpret, design & deliver to their clients expectations, always'.

On a daily basis you will be challenged and inspired while collaborating with like-minded colleagues to create exceptional homes for their clients in a team friendly environment.

You will report into the Scheduling Manager (who I introduced to the business), who has thrived from day one and is looking to grow his team and nurture their talents.


The ideal candidate will have;

  • Previous experience within a scheduling role (6-12 months)
  • single or double storey experience preferred, with a sound knowledge of construction detailing
  • Proficient in Excel & Word
  • WA Residential construction knowledge
  • High level of Organisational and Time Management skills
  • Willingness to work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to work as a team as well as individually
  • A proactive mindset with the enthusiasm & passion to want to learn and improve is essential
  • Self-motivated and accountable with a passion for residential construction
