The Company:
An established residential builder in the luxury homes space, with decades of trading history, are seeking to add an experienced Senior Estimator to their pre-construction team, due to planned growth.
This is a unique opportunity to work for a innovative and forward thinking industry leader in the double storey market. They pride themselves on quality and customer service and build around 70 homes per year.
The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

This role would suit somebody who enjoys estimating but is looking to work in a "family-feel" environment, with the opportunity to progress into an Estimating Manager/Head of Department. Long term there is also the opportunity to buy into the business and be a part of their legacy.
A salary ranging up to $95K + super (depending on experience), with onsite parking included.

- Pricing on jobs through all stages including sales, administration, contracts and construction
- Produce variations as per customer requests
- Working to a strict schedule to produce required documentation
- Work with internal departments as well us external customers to deliver a seamless service
- Maintaining the internal database to ensure products and services are kept up to date
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 5+ years experience working as an Estimator for a residential home builder
- Understanding of different construction methods
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Excellent numerical and communication skills
