Job Description

Senior Estimator - Sales and Production

An immediate requirement for an experienced Production / Sales Estimator working for a residential builder who have been constructing homes for over 10 years in NSW. 

Responsibilities will include:
  • Estimating in a residential and medium density setting 
  • Producing sales and production estimates for tendering purposes 
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotes and competitive pricing
  • Providing assistance to the construction team with daily queries and providing orders to the site managers
  • Producing production budgets and bills of quantities 
  • Prepare contract variations including the need to liaise directly with clients prior to any work taking place on site
Before you apply you will need to check you meet the following criteria:
  • Previous experience of working as an Estimator within residential construction (3 years +)
  • Ideally you will hold a tertiary qualification relevant to the role within the construction industry
  • You'll have strong computer skills 
  • Databuild experience preferred 
  • It's essential that you have a good eye for detail
  • On site building and construction experience
  •  Good knowledge of Australian Construction Standards
