Job Description

A well regarded Residential Construction organisation with offices just outside Melbournes CBD is currently looking for a dynamic Senior HR Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Executive General Manager of People & Culture, this role will work with the leadership team to drive HR initiatives across the business, supporting both management & employees.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Ensure all corporate guidelines & compliance are adhered to
  • Implement HR Programs, Policies & Procedures
  • Provide guidance on remuneration and benefits
  • Manage all employment contracts
  • Staff inductions
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Performance reviews
  • Manage terminations and exit interviews
  • Manage end to end recruitment process
  • First point of contact for all employees in the Victorian office
  • Provide leadership, guidance & maintain an up to date knowledge of all relevant legal, IR, EBA, regulatory & Company EHS requirements
The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in a Senior HR role, with relevant tertiary qualifications to support their experience. We are looking for someone with exceptional stakeholder management experience and proven problem solving and analytical skills.
