An opportunity has opened up with a national- wide design and build firm as a Senior Interior Designer. Our clients specialize in creating sustainable and functional workplace, Hospitality, Education, Retail and Health  they are on the lookout for someone that shares the same passion. Due to the success of their new office located in Brisbane, they are wanting to grow their close- knit team. This opportunity will offer you the experience to be hands on, part of the design strategy decisions, drive project outcomes – rather than just being a number in a team. 
  
About the role of Interior Design 
  • To visualise, actualise and uphold the unique identity of each project and ensure it is continually enhanced and cared for
  • To position and prioritize the client experience 
  • Oversee the planning, design and furnishing of all projects, workplace, education ,retail and health in order to create spaces that are operationally functional, visually pleasing and commercially viable
  • Manage the design process from concept to completion.
  
Qualifications required:
  • Tertiary or Degree qualified education in Interior Design
  • 7-10 years’ experience in design
  • Managing external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, architects, trades)
  • Building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Competency understanding AutoCAD, Revit & Knowledge of Sketchup
