Job Description

Your new family specialise in quality high-end residential design, construction and landscapes. Their work ranges from small projects to creating some of the finest homes, swimming pools and landscapes in Sydney.

What will your day look like?

Working across exciting residential projects from concept through to completion
Working collaboratively with Architectural Designers and Project Managers in a close knit environment
Running & managing your own projects under documentation
Liaising with clients, consultants & contractors
Using your keen eye for detail to design high-end residential & bespoke projects

What you've got to nail this role:

5+ years experience based in Sydney
You'll having amazing communication skills
Proficient in Vectorworks or ArchiCAD
High-end Residential project experience is essential
Experience in conceptual design, construction & tender documentation
Self-motivated with good organisational skills, able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of council controls, regulations & Australian standards
