Job Description

The role involves working on exciting residential projects from initial concept sketch through to construction. You will be working closely with the Project Leads, Senior Designers and Construction Managers in a friendly and collaborative environment.

What will your day look like?

Liaise with Senior Interior Designer / Design Principal to manage and coordinate own projects, including timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
Develop concept design, alongside Design Principals, Project Leaders and other team members
Contribute on projects from concept to completion
Liaise with Design Principal/ Project Leader to determine the client goals and requirements across various projects

What you've got to nail this role:

5+ years experience within High-End Residential Design
Ability to run projects independently from concept to completion
Experience in detailed design, documentation, scheduling and specification for interiors
Knowledge of furniture design and specification desirable but not essential
Experienced in Vectorworks or ArchiCAD is essential
Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software desirable.
