Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Running projects from initial concept through to completion
- Coordinate Design & Documentation
- Run small to large projects independently
- Efficiently and consistently working under pressure & tight time-frames
- Presenting, pitching & liaising with clients
- Concept & preliminary design
- Minimum of 7 years experience
- Degree qualified in Interior Design
- Excellent technical ability - Adobe creative suite and Sketch-up proficiencies (including 3D modelling)
- Must have proven high-end residential experience
- Confident communication - ability to deal with multiple stakeholders including clients, suppliers, contractors, and builders
- High attention to detail, expert organisation skills with
Exceptional creativity and passion for design trends and aesthetics - Knowledge of Building Code of Australia & other industry regulations
