The Company:

A successful residential builder established for 15 years with a reputation for building quality custom homes, as well as medium density developments. Currently building around 275 homes per year, they have plenty of work in the pipeline for years to come. A family feel business with excellent staff tenure where you can expect to enjoy a relaxed work environment working as part of a tight knit team. 

Due to an exciting period of growth, they are seeking an experienced estimator to head up a new division within their established business. 
The Role:

Reporting to an experienced and approachable General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Residential building estimating including producing BOQs and take offs
  • Produce variations as per customer requests
  • Providing quotations and pricing support for the sales team
  • Ensuring time frames are met
  • Checking documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements
  • Assisting with the day to day running and development of the team
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • 3+ years’ experience in residential estimating with a volume builder
  • A qualification relevant to the construction industry
  • Experience with Databuild, Framework or Timberline software would be advantageous
  • A proactive approach to your work and ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
