Job Description

Production Estimator - Homes 

We are looking to recruit a Senior Production Estimator to join a well established and motivated team working for an award winning volume builder.
 
  • Production Estimator
  • Volume builder
  • Immediate start
The role is to estimate and produce material and labour purchase orders for new home construction prior to start date. Key measures are accuracy and efficiency as well as offering general support to the site team.

As the successful candidate at least three years estimating experience is required along with the following essential criteria:

  • A construction / building Diploma or degree and / or trade background
  • A strong work ethic with an ambitious can do attitude
  • Experience in job costing for project homes
  • Producing accurate documentation within the agreed timeline 
  • Creating BOQs
  • Experience in production estimating
