Job Description

This National organisation has established a fantastic reputation for delivering high quality builds for an exclusive range of clients. Their project base includes community, aged care, health, education and industrial with their average project value  around $50 mill.

They have attracted some of Melbourne's best building professionals from the 1st and 2nd tier and they are now seeking an experienced Project Coordinators for their team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with construction teams from concept to completion to ensure successful delivery projects
  • Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety Plan.
  • Produce quality plan and ensure the correct standard is maintained throughout the project.
  • Attend weekly site meeting and issue weekly project report.
  • Provide formal project feedback
Requirements: 
  • 3+ years experience in a Project Coordinator role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills essential
  • Tertiary educated in Construction Management (or relevant qualification) 
  • Contract administration or trade background essential
  • Ambition to progress your career into Project Management position within the next 12months
