Job Description

Our client is one of Australia's leading construction companies with a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential & government projects up to $350M, and a strong pipeline of upcoming work over the coming years.

This is a site based role working on a $70M commercial project in the Eastern Suburbs. This is a great opportunity for you to gain exposure to a leading Tier 2 Builder whose name is renowned in the industry for being one of the best.

Role & responsibilities:
  • Design management and coordination
  • Quality Assurance and ensuring HSE compliance
  • Programming and scheduling works
  • Client coordination and liaison
  • Budget, estimate and cost reporting
  • Site Establishment and planning
  • Construction coordination and management
  • Site variation and design change
To be considered for the role of Senior Project Engineer you will require:
  • Degree Qualified in Construction Management/Building/Engineering or equivalent
  • Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
  • Proven industry experience on $30m+ projects
  • Previous experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administration.
  • Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements.
