Job Description

Design & Build are working alongside a national organisation that have been operating for over 15 years. They specialise in the delivery of projects within civil construction, earthworks, piling/shoring and demolition.

Having won several exciting new projects, an experienced Senior Civil and Remediation Project Manager is required to join the team.

The Role

Based in the Sydney office, the Senior Project Manager will manage civil and remediation projects, both in metro Sydney and in regional NSW, depending on project size, timeline, and requirements.  You will be supported by an experienced leadership team, in-house delivery resources, and interstate resources where required.
  
The Senior Project Manager is expected to be present on-site during key milestones, particularly during project kick-off, and this will mean travelling to project sites in regional NSW, with some regularity - This is an essential requirement of the role.

Requirements
  • Estimating and preparing tender submissions crucial
  • Minimum of 15 years’ industry experience (5 years in role of Civil PM)
  • Great people and team leadership skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Tertiary education preferred
