Design & Build are working with an established tier 2 builder who is now looking to fill an urgent requirement in their team with the addition of a Senior Project Manager. The business has been around for a number of years and works on projects up to $70m across a plethora of sectors. 

As the new addition to the team, you'll get full support from Ca's, Site Managers and a team of Construction Managers. The initial project you will undertake will be between $10m - $30m.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well recognised brand in the Vic market and for future guaranteed work in these unsure times.


To be eligible for this role you will need the following;
  • 5 + years of Project Management experience
  • Commercial construction experience essential
  • Construction-related tertiary qualification 
  • Strong communication, negotiation and leadership qualities 
  • The ability to lead a team, communicating effectively with people at every stage of the projects
  • A desire to take on a permanent position where you will become an integral team member
