Job Description

Our client is a very well established and highly successful Inner West agency who have a great reputation for providing superior service to their clients. They are a team of true professionals who absolutely love what they do. 

This Senior Property Manager position will see you looking after a small portfolio of approximately 160 properties. You will be taking over a well maintained portfolio with full leasing administration and accounts support. 

As the Property Manager your responsibilities will include: 
  • Continuing to nurture and maximise client relationships
  • Portfolio management - strong focus on maximizing clients assets 
  • Routine inspections 
  • Managing a portfolio of approximately 160 properties 
To be considered for the role of Property Manager you will require:
  • Previous experience managing a similar sized portfolio
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Immaculate presentation and superior communication skills 
  • Experience with REST
  • Current real estate license or COR
