Job Description

Senior Sales Estimator - SW Sydney

Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Estimator to join the team. This is a newly created position down to an increased workload and volume of new business.

To be successful in the position of Senior Sales Estimator you should be able to demonstrate experience in the following

  • 4 years + working for a residential builder on project homes / medium density projects
  • Prepare sales estimates for tenders from initial tender to finalization
  • Preparing files for DC stage and submit any variations
  • Produce fixed price quotations
  • Report on margin expectation and apply pricing variations 

To be successful in the role you should have 

  • Trade or professional qualifications 
  • Local NSW knowledge or Australian experience
  • Experience working for a Residential Builder in a Sales Role
  • A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines under time pressures and manage and organize a large volume of work
