Job Description

Area Manager / Construction Manager - Residential 

This is a prime opportunity to step into a Construction Management position working for a leading residential builder.
 
Our client has been operating in Sydney for more than 8 years and have recently enjoyed a huge increase in project numbers over the past 6 months. As a result of they are looking to recruit a Construction Manager for their Sydney Operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all projects and their associated budgets and programmes
  • A strong communicator, you will be managing a small team of Site Managers and Estimators
  • Goes without saying you must be totally on top of all OH&S across each site
  • It is expected you will spend half your time in the office and half out on site
  • You must be well presented as this will also be a client facing position
It is expected you will come from a commercial or residential background and have held a Area Manager or Construction Manager position delivering a diverse range of projects on time and within budget. Ideally you will have worked for a high end or custom or project home builder. 
  
In return you will be offered a broad role with autonomy working in a progressive and forward thinking environment. Salary will be reflective of your experience.
