Job Description

My client is an impressive business who are continuing to expand their footprint throughout the inner west and inner southern suburbs of Sydney. As a result of continued growth we are looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join them. You will be backed by an excellent brand and high level of internal support as well as benefit from some of the latest technology in the industry.

As the Strata Manager your responsibilities will include;
  • Provide high quality service to OC's & Strata Committees
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
  • Making management decisions relating to the portfolio
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notices & minutes
  • Chair meetings
  • Prompt follow up & resolution of inquiries & complaints
To be considered for the position of Strata Manager you must have the following; 
  • Experience managing a variety of buildings
  • High level of business acumen 
  • MUST be a people person as will be faced with a variety of clientele from small to medium schemes and BMC's
  • Proven resilience and the ability to work under pressure
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
