A Senior structural engineer is required to join a consultancy with a broad range of projects who specialise in delivering high quality complexed innovative builds working direct with Architects and clients. The positon requires a structural engineer to have extensive experience of building good relationships with architects whilst coordinating with suppliers and being creative with the design and analysis of structures including one off luxurious bespoke builds to new build schools and age care facilities.
The business has been operating for over 30 years and are seeking an experienced and motivated character who is happy to take responsibility and accountability for projects end to end whilst being a good team player. The successful structural engineer will join a boutique business who have a very strong presence and excellent reputation offering innovative solutions and a full detailed service to their customers.

- Bachelor’s degree – Civil engineering
- 10 years’ industry experience in the VIC market
- Experience of leading and running projects from concept into completion
- Experience with steel, post tensioned and reinforced concrete, masonry and timber
- Training and mentoring of junior staff
- Site inspections
- Excellent customer liaison
