Overview:

We have been engaged to assist a successful and growing builder, who are now in the next phase of their growth plan and are actively looking to add a Senior Supervisor to the team. Currently, the construction team sits at 15 permanent employees, consisting of a Construction Manager, NOR Senior Supervisor, 11 Supervisors and 2 Client Liaison Officers

A full pipeline of work across a variety of build types, with over 110 homes in construction in the South, this is an incredible time to join the business.

You will be joining a strong & collaborative environment and be working alongside one of the best in the industry. They thrive on continuous improvement, ensuring everyone in the team is outcomes focused, promote from within (where possible) and hold training & developing in high regard.

To be successful in the role you will have:

Proven track record in a similar position with a solid trade background
Strong focus on quality
Professional attitude
Excellent organisational and time management sills
Sound problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining an eye for detail
Sound IT skills including use of ClickHome software
