Job Description

Our client is an accredited, award winning commercial building company.  They work on a variety of new build and refurbishments projects up to the value of 100 million dollars.

As the Site Manager you will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including
  • Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
  • Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
  • Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
  • Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
Requirements to be considered for the Site Manager role:
  • A minimum of 2 years Site Management experience on newbuild, or fit out and refurbishments projects over the value of 5 million dollars
  • Drive and focus for career progression
  • Broad knowledge of OH&S
  • Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines
