Job Description

Our client has been successfully operating over 25 years specializing in commercial fit outs and refurbishment’s up to the value of 10 million dollars.

They have won employer of choice at the Australian business awards the last 3 years in a row.

Our client has part aboriginal ownership and gets consistent work from the government as well as privately. They provides a great working environment and are looking for an experienced quality Site Manager to join the team.


As the Site Manager you will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including:
  • Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
  • Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
  • Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
  • Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
Requirements to be considered for the Site Manager role:
  • A minimum of 4 years experience as a Site Manager in the fit out and Refurbishment space with a Head contractor.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial construction software
  • Drive and focus for career progression
  • Broad knowledge of OH&S
  • Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines
