About the Role:
This site manager role will play an important part in delivering a successful project that is very important to the company. The project is a $2M refurb of a home in Portsea. You will work on this project only for the duration of the project (6 months) you will be on site at all times and liaising throughout the day with the project manager and head office. Ideally you will be based close to site in Portsea. You will report to the Project Manager and have a team based in the office working with you on contract administration etc.
Skills & Experience:
4 years + experience preferably between commercial and residential
Experience as a leading hand/carpenter
The ability to work autonomously
A strong team player with a positive attitude.
Experience with custom homes or high end finishes an advantage but not a necessity.
Polite and courteous work environment, easy going as long as the work is getting done.
The team are all problem solvers who like to come up with solutions.
