Job Description

Site Manager – Greater Sydney - Negotiable Salary 
One of Sydney's premium architecturally designed home builders based in Sydney's East is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the business to manage one of their current projects and then a pipeline of homes with a build average of $5-15M.

To succeed in this position you will take pride in what you deliver, have excellent communication skills, and have strong experience in structures. You will also have experience with quality finishes.

Requirements 

  • Min. 8 years of experience working on High-End Residential homes or luxury apartments 
  • Tenacity, Drive & Accountability
  • Avid commitment to OH&S and Site Safety
  • Ability to push a team and adhere to the program
  • An eye for detail and ability to produce very high-quality work
  • Direction and management of contractors and laborers
  • Ability to read construction plans and prioritise tasks
  • Interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with trades & clients
