Job Description
The initial contract is 3 months, but with the great reputation of delivering quality projects, there will most likely be more work on offer moving forward
As the Site Manager you will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including:
- Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
- Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
- Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
- Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
- A minimum of 2 years Supervisor or Site Management experience on commercial fit out projects
- Drive and focus for career progression
- Broad knowledge of OH&S
- Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines
