Job Description

Site Manager - Norwest Sydney - Project Homes

Due to continued business expansion, this project home builder are now looking to recruit a Site Manager to take care of a new site in the North West Region area. 

You will be responsible for leading and managing site staff and trades, driving construction time lines and ensuring a quality build and handover to the client.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing overall construction team performance against key performance indicators
  • Ensure customer service levels remain a top priority throughout the build process
  • Maximise workflow efficiency through systems, processes and procedures
  • Allocation of materials and trades to site in line with project requirement 
  • Liaise with customers and councils on the project
Solid experience experience in the project homes building industry is essential as are the following:
  • Demonstrable leadership skills 
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • A clear customer service ethic
  • A solid understanding of NSW building regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of OH&S 
  • Cert IV and Trade Certificate and ideally a Supervisors or Builders License
